Effect of wear-in wear on medium density fiberboard

Studying the characteristics of the wear and tear of the working material of the cemented carbide knife during milling can explain the working condition of the cutting tool on the influence of the sharpened sharp edge in the initial stage of the cutting process; find out the re-sharpened blade in its Insufficient strength when machining materials collide; discontinuity in milling, grinding and sharpening defects on the working surface of the blade; residual stress, metal structure and other phenomena in the cemented carbide during cooling after brazing of the cemented carbide .

The durability and working ability of an alloy tool depend on its processing quality, whether it is the initial stage of work or the subsequent stage. Since the physical and mechanical properties between the blade body and the cemented carbide sheet are different in the cemented carbide blade brazing structure, deformation (twisting) occurs during the middle cooling. Thereby, residual compressive stress (on the body) and tensile stress (on the cemented carbide sheet) are produced on the cross section of the knife. In order to determine the influence of residual stress on the wear-in wear index, the experimental study of milling medium-density fiber was carried out, and the experimental conditions and research results were given. The analysis shows that in order to improve the wear resistance of the milling cutter, it is necessary to: strictly adhere to the scientific conditions of grinding and sharpening of the cutting tool; and achieve the grinding of the working surface of the tool intact.
