More suitable for labeling hot fill PET bottles

The 12-ounce ring-necked bottle uses Amcor's patented PowerFlex technology, a "slatless" preform, to expand the application of hot-filled (185 degrees Fahrenheit) bottles. When designing the structure, the designer eliminated the slat assembly and provided a large, non-slatted label panel, which is completely different from the competitor's bottle. Amcor uses proprietary design and manufacturing techniques to create a bottle that absorbs vacuum through a patented base. When the liquid cools, the diaphragm in the base moves upwards.
