How to disassemble and install the motor bearing of vibration test equipment

The vibration test equipment is applicable to the vibration test of toys, electronics, furniture, gifts, ceramics, communications, equipment, computers and parts of steam locomotives, etc., and is used to inspect its resistance to transport or uniform durability. In the selection of heavy-duty bearings, it can carry a certain amount of axial load, regardless of the installation direction, the bearing life is not affected by the axial load force.

    1 , remove the bearing

    a) Remove the protective cover at both ends of the vibration tester, and record the percentage of exciting force when the eccentric block works, so as to restore the original working state during installation;

    b) Remove the shaft from the two shaft ends with a retaining ring;

    c) Remove the cover plate.

    d) Loosen the fastening bolts of the outer eccentric block, remove the outer eccentric block, and remove the shaft key with the shaft key. Loosen the internal eccentric block fastening bolts and remove the inner eccentric block;

    e) Lightly tap the rib portion of the bearing housing with a hoe and remove the bearing housing.

    f) Remove the V -ring on the rotor.

    g) Remove the grease box from the rotor and remove the rotor from the body.

    h) Remove the bearing outer ring mounted on the bearing housing. The roller part of the bearing is squeezed out of the bearing with tooling.

    i) Pull out the bearing inner rings installed on both sides of the rotor shaft.

    j) Thoroughly clean the oily parts.

    2 , install the bearing

    Shaking table When replacing a new bearing, the same bearing as the original model must be used.

    a) How to install the outer bearing of the bearing: Please attach the tooling to the end face of the outer ring and press it into the bearing seat.

    b) How to install the bearing inner ring: Please attach the tooling to the end face of the inner ring and press it into the rotor shaft or insert the inner sleeve hot sleeve into the rotor shaft.

    c) Fill the roller bearing of the bearing outer ring with Showa Shell 2nd Lithium Grease up to two-thirds full and apply evenly with a clean hand.

    d) Please install the rotor into the body.

    e) Install the grease reservoir into the top of the rotor shaft.

    f) Install a V -ring on the rotor.

    g) Insert the housing with the grease fitting up and into the housing. When installing the bearing housing, in order to prevent the grease cartridge from injecting the deviation, use the long bolt to align the position and install it.

    h) Use long bolts to tighten the grease box and bearing housing.

    i) Please use long bolts to tighten the bearing seat. Then install the cover.

    j) Apply a small amount of grease to the inner diameter part of the movable eccentric member.

    k) The inner and outer eccentric blocks are mounted on the shaft and put in place. The shaft key should be installed in the key slot and then the outer eccentric block should be installed. The shaft is installed on the shaft with the retaining ring; the eccentric bolt is tightly fixed and the adjustable eccentric block is rotated. Bring it to the pre-unloading angular position and tighten its fastening bolts. After the above assembly is completed, the shaft should have a certain axial string;

l) On both ends of the vibration motor protective cover, with screws.
