Kaifeng fly ash wall material has a new breakthrough

After more than five years of repeated research and development, the Kaifeng Economic Development and Development Center in Henan Province finally developed a new production technology for fly ash lightweight building materials without cement, aluminum powder, autoclave, and low-temperature foaming in August 2003. And applied for a national patent.
The fly ash lightweight foam blocks and lightweight high-strength composite wallboards produced by this technology have reached or even exceeded the national standards, while the equipment investment for a production line has changed from the hundreds of autoclaved curing methods. Tens of thousands of dollars were reduced to several hundred thousand dollars. At the same time, the added amount of fly ash was increased to about 90%, the energy consumption was reduced by more than 30%, and the production cost also had a significant drop. The use of this technology can also produce exterior wall decorative panels, thermal insulation panels, ceiling panels, as well as lightweight ventilation ducts and various sizes of insulation building materials products.
It is reported that the Kaifeng City Economic Development and Development Center has long been dedicated to the research of fly ash utilization projects, and its research and development without adding clay, without cement, no sintering, no autoclave production of fly ash ceramsite, bearing bricks, Patented technologies such as hollow bricks, hollow blocks, paving blocks, and cement early strength hybrid materials all have the common features of less investment, more waste, low cost, and high quality, and have been transferred and implemented in China.
