U.S. Invented Transparent Superhard Coating Material

California Hard Coatings recently introduced a transparent superhard coating material called Perma-New. This coating can keep the appearance of the product constantly new, the use of low cost.
Perma-New coating is a mixture of silicon and resin. The stability of the paint at room temperature is 10 times that of other paints and it does not require refrigeration if it is not stored for long periods of time. It is different from ordinary clear paints. Perma-New treated surfaces are very scratch resistant and can even be brushed with wire. Moreover, Perma-New does not require humidity control equipment, and most users can start limited coating production for less than $2,500. This coating can be used to protect transparent plastic products such as lenses, viewing ports, films, and polished metal products such as bronze or aluminum. The paint also has good durability and abrasion resistance and can be used in aviation, optical industry and other conventional industries.
