Embossing machine die-cut sticker

In the absence of self-adhesive printing and die-cutting machines, we printed and die-cut self-adhesive labels on a TY 615 flatbed printer, all of which achieved satisfactory results. The introduction is as follows for your colleagues' reference.

Printing: Same as paper thickness printing. Our printed area is 190-270mm. Due to the factors of die-cutting pressure, whether large-area printing can be further researched-

Die cutting: We use a 5mm thick 7-layer plywood for wooden support, and the knife uses an imported knife of 9.5-0.45mm.

Pad thickness: The thickness of the pad under the plate is determined by the height of the die cutter used. Since the height of the platen of the printing press is 23.44mm, the horn thickness = 23.44-knife height (mm). We use a polished 13.5mm thick iron plate. Lining thickness: Same as printing, except that when the die is cut, the outer liner is replaced with a layer of waste PS aluminum, and the total thickness is 1.2mm.

The die-cut version is fixed on the horn with four M6 countersunk screws.

The adjustment of the die-cutting pressure is to increase or decrease the sheet under the horn to adjust the pressure so as to achieve the goal of half-cutting.
