Case 1: Exchange price increase

However, on New Year's Day in 2011, Ms. Xue inadvertently found that the sales price of this set of sofas was 19,888 yuan. She believed that it was unreasonable for the merchants to increase the price by 1,000 yuan on the grounds of exchange of goods. After mediation, the merchant refunded 1112 yuan.
Professionals commented: furniture prices are flexible, merchants often increase the original price, false discounts. Some furniture has never even been sold at the original price.
Case 2: Product injection
On June 16, 2011, a consumer picked a table for his barbecue restaurant, spent 13,200 yuan at the Odyssey home store, and purchased six frosted glass table combinations. When the goods were delivered on June 19, the consumer found that the six table matte paints were of different colors, which affected the image of the store and required replacement but was rejected.
After the elimination of coordination, the merchant's products are purchased in two batches, with color difference before and after. After mediation, consumers receive a full refund.
Professionals commented that furniture with no obvious differences in appearance and appearance has great differences in production materials.
