    First, the installation of vibration test bench

    1. First, fix the four foot bases of the table to the places to be placed.

    5. Turn on the power switch, select the waveform as full wave, and select the vibration direction ( vertical ) .

    6 , according to "two, set steps" to enter the parameter settings.

    8 , fine-tuning AM fixed in the middle position. Press “6. Amplitude modulation control description” to adjust the amplitude.

    9. Press RUN to start the vibration test.

    The instrument function starts when entering the third item 5 ( showing T00.00 flashing )

    1 , press the PROG button CD000 ( can press the arrow keys to modify the flashing mark )

    2 、Press ENTER again to enter the value that CD000 needs to modify

    3 , after the modification press ENTER key appears END (CD000 value has been modified successfully )

    4 , the instrument will be back to the CD000 screen, press the up button to appear CD001 and then follow the above steps to modify the value of CD001 , do not have to enter without modification. Follow the instructions.

    Third, vibration tester frequency operation instructions

    1 , FM parameter description

    The following are according to "four, set steps" to modify the parameters:

    1 CD065=0 , CD041=1 , CD012=CD013=0.1 ( set pilot value before FM )

    2 CD000= the frequency to be set (1 to 600HZ)

    3 CD087= Time to execute once (0 to 65000 seconds )

    4 CD064 = number of runs ( the total time = time of execution × number of runs )

    5 CD020 to CD027=0 , CD080 to CD086=0 , CD088 to CD094=0 , CD098 to CD105=0

    6 Press “6. Amplitude modulation control instructions” to adjust the amplitude

    7 Press the RUN button to perform the vibration test, press the red button to stop the test.
