Normal maintenance is generally divided into daily, weekly and monthly maintenance.

Check the condition of the equipment every day before starting the machine, fill the parts to be lubricated with corresponding grease, clean the surface of the machine, and keep the production site clean and tidy. After about 100 hours of continuous operation of the equipment every week, check the condition of the whole machine, clean the paper feed unit, printing unit, processing unit, clean the central wetting device, check the oil mark of the central lubricant tank and the oil of the cylinder lubricating oil of the central air supply pump Add lubricating grease at each lubrication point to clean the surface of the body and the outer machine, clean the waste oil of the oil pan under the printing unit, and organize the production site environment. For the BF4000 series of commercial paper printers, monthly maintenance and maintenance can be carried out in the order of paper feed unit-printing unit-processing unit-paper receiving unit-auxiliary equipment.

Maintenance and care of paper feed unit

(1) Clean the surfaces of the paper guide rollers, floating rollers, tension control rollers, and anti-dirt paper guide rollers and check whether they rotate normally. In particular, check whether the anti-rubbing layer on the surface of the anti-rubbing paper guide roller is worn, and should be dealt with in time when there is wear.

(2) Clean the magnetic powder brake, check whether the upper paper shaft, upper paper arm control switch and cylinder air path are normal, and clean the paper wool and dust on the surface.

(3) Check and clean the paper-feeding force control roller, check the rubber layer of the pressure roller installed on it for aging and wear, and whether the rotation is flexible. If necessary, remove and inspect it before installing.

(4) Check the sensitivity of the floating roller and the paper deviation corrector to ensure that all functions are normal during normal use.

(5) Check whether there is water and oil leakage in the cooling and cooling pipeline of the magnetic powder brake. Clean the oil-water separator in time to prevent oil and water from infiltrating into the magnetic powder and causing tension. Maintenance and repair of printing unit

Each printing unit is equipped with a uniform ink servo motor and a water roller motor, respectively to achieve uniform ink transmission and uniform water transmission, so attention should be paid to both mechanical and electrical aspects during maintenance and maintenance.

(1) Dismantle and inspect the ink transfer roller, ink balance roller, form ink roller, water discharge roller and water transfer roller, check whether the rotation of the ink roller bearing is normal, clean and inspect the surface of the rubber roller.

(2) Clean the ink fountain and ink roller, remove the ink volume adjustment screw if necessary, and clean the ink volume adjustment system to prevent the failure of the ink volume adjustment function during normal production. Clean the surface of the three inking rollers, check the sides of the inking rollers against the machine wall for wear and other scraps, and check whether the inking of the inking roller is normal. There is wear. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the oil separator and the oil pipe are unblocked, whether the central lubrication is supplying oil, and to check the oil pipeline in time to ensure that the central oil supply and lubrication system normally supplies oil and lubrication.

(3) Check whether the ink leveling function is normal and the working condition of the ink leveling motor clutch is good; check whether the water roller motor works normally; clean the motor cooling fan; clean the dust in the electrical control box above the transmission side.

(4) Check whether the connection between the end of the main drive shaft and the incremental circular grating encoder is normal, and check whether the registration stepper motor of each printing unit plate works normally.


(5) In order from top to bottom, clean the ink roller in turn. The rubber frame, and the outer machine wall, the clutch pressure cylinder, and the upper and lower insert cylinders, check each air pipe for leaks, and ensure that the pneumatic clutch pressure system works properly. Check each drive belt for wear, and replace it when worn.

(6) Clean the water roller transmission gear, clean the water tank, and check that the return water pipeline is smooth; check the anti-rubbing layer on the surface of the anti-rubbing paper guide roller for wear and tear, and deal with or replace it in time when it is damaged, to prevent printed products during normal printing Ink smearing appears on the surface.

(7) Check whether the lubrication position of the drive connected to the outer main drive shaft and the printing unit is within the normal range; check whether the lubricating oil mark of the water motor is within the normal range. Add proper amount of lubricating oil on both sides of the ink roller and ink roller drive from top to bottom, and add lubricating grease on the water roller driving gear. Before installing the adjusting roller, apply a proper amount of grease to the shaft head bearings of each rubber roller.

(8) When installing the ink roller, pay attention to adjust the pressure between the ink roller with a feeler gauge, and also use the method of hitting the ink stick mark. Excessive pressure between the ink rollers will cause damage to the clutch and the ink rollers. In severe cases, the plug-in transmission belt will break; too low pressure will cause poor ink transmission, causing uneven ink color, ink emulsification and other disadvantages, so adjust the pressure between the ink rollers Very important.

(9) Clean the surface of the overturning device, and carefully clean the overturning bar, check the airway air pipe for air leakage, and replace the aging air pipe in time.

(10) Clean the dust of the body and the outside of the processing unit. The cleaning of paper dust is very important, and the processing unit must be kept clean during normal maintenance.

(11) Check whether the tension roller and the platen roller in front of the punching device of the processing unit are colored and normal, especially whether the tension roller has moved. Check whether the rubber of the pressure roller is worn, and handle and replace it in time to avoid affecting the paper tension control. Check whether the stepper motor of the punching wheel works normally outside; check whether the limit switch is sensitive; check whether the quasi-driving device of the punching wheel works normally; check whether the vertical ridge line knife controls the cylinder to operate normally; check whether the vertical ridge line blade is dull In case of serious wear, it should be dealt with in time to avoid affecting the normal tearing. Check whether the trimming knife stepper motor and its limit switch work normally, check whether the trimming blade is sharp, and replace it when it is worn.

Maintenance and maintenance of the delivery unit

The paper collection unit of BF4000 series commercial paper printing machine has three kinds of paper collection methods; folding paper collection, cut sheet paper collection and rewind paper collection. By changing the paper line route, different paper collection methods are realized.

(1) Clean the mechanical parts of the folding and rewinding parts in sequence, clean the computer control panel, and clean the dust and paper dust of the control box.

(2) Check whether the sheet pressing roller is aging and worn, and replace it if it is worn; check whether the tension control roller in front of the folding arm and its pressing roller are normal; check whether the counting mark wheel is working properly to avoid counting Failure: Check whether the movement of the folding swing arm is normal, check whether the folding paper folder rotates against the roller guide roller, and whether the two meshing transmission gears on the body are worn or not. (3) The folding gear is one of the transmission parts of the folding arm. It needs to be lubricated with appropriate amount of grease. When replacing the folding gear of different inches, pay attention to proper lubrication; the lubrication points on both sides of the slitting roller It is necessary to add corresponding grease to lubricate; the folding gear and the paper guide roller drive meshing gear need to be filled with grease to prevent it from causing wear and tear.
