2. Temperature display value correction Since the products have undergone rigorous testing before leaving the factory, generally do not make corrections. If the environment when the product is used is not good, the outside temperature is too low or too high, it will cause the error between the cabinet temperature and the actual temperature display. If it exceeds the technical index range, it can be corrected.
3. After setting, all data will be kept for a long time. The heating indicator light is on. When the temperature inside the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light will turn on and off suddenly, repeatedly, the control enters the constant temperature state.
4. After the test, turn off the power and open the door to take out the items. If the temperature is high, please be careful not to burn.
5. If there are higher requirements for temperature control accuracy and fluctuation, PID self-tuning control can be used. When the temperature in the box will reach the set temperature for the first time, first press the function key "SEL" for 1 second, the meter enters the first A group of parameters sets the cycle status. At this time, the PV display shows "STby", press the key "â–½" to make the PV display "AT", then press the function key "SEL", then press the plus key "â–³" or the minus key "â–½" , Select 0 or 1 or 2 ("0" means turn off auto-tuning control; "1" means standard auto-tuning control; "2" means low PV auto-tuning control, auto-tuning timing reduces overshoot), then the lower right corner of the display At that point flashes, the PID of the temperature controller enters the auto-tuning control. After setting, press the function key "SEL" for 2 seconds to confirm, the temperature controller enters the standard screen.
