5 Summary
In this paper, the cassette and cassette parts are parameterized, and the user can adjust the parameters of the cassette and the cassette parts according to actual needs. The flattening technology is applied to the CAD system of the special-shaped box structure. The user can not only store the flattened box pieces into the magazine library, but also can directly call the box pieces in the magazine library to modify it. Adopting the method of designing the box-piece parts and assembling the box pieces not only reduces the complexity of the special-shaped box design, but also can deal with each box surface after being boxed separately, thereby creating advantageous conditions for decorating the carton in the next step.
