Germany's WEPOBA Wellpappernfabrik has opened up a new world in the market, adopting a novel arrangement of two AP 1600M3 ASAHI flattening die cutting machines.

Thus, the left-drive flattening die-cutting press and the right-drive flattening die-cutting press are mounted "face-to-face" on a work site. Two flattening and die-cutting machines are connected to a complete production line. The production line is equipped with Roda's pre-feeder and Ducker Corrpal equipment, full-automatic separators and loading machines. This special arrangement guarantees the high performance of the device because it is easier for the operator to operate and more ergonomically designed.

One of the great advantages is that high productivity can be achieved in the face-to-face installation of two die-cutting machines. This shortens the distance between the centerlines of the two devices, thereby optimizing the spatial arrangement of the production area. For existing production plants, relocating equipment placements will free up more space and make production more flexible.

The flattening die cutting machine includes an ergonomically designed touch screen to control production and automatically change order settings. This means that the positions of the left and right operation control units are logical, making training faster and more flexible.

The operator's control panel is mounted symmetrically (right-hand and left-hand panels). The unique design of the device means that the operator can control both devices at the same time. This novel and unique installation method enables the carton factory to greatly reduce production costs.

The face-to-face installation of two flat die-cutting die cutters makes it possible to work in new ways. Team work and flexible operators can easily and easily operate two production lines. This saves manpower resources while at the same time improving productivity. The new arrangement also greatly reduces the order switching time.

The equipment also has a data input system and factory EDP system connection, and is connected with the customer's production order, which allows the user to collect and control accurate real-time data based on the understanding of production efficiency and cost.
