Jetex Dubai World Central VIP Lounge
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were commissioned by Jetex Flight Support, a global leader in executive aviation, to design the new high-profile VIP lounge at Dubai World Central. The project aimed to evoke the thrill of travel and exploration, as well as a sense of tranquility and harmony. Bluehaus Group created a space that embodied these concepts through calming colors, carefully curated lighting, and sound elements that enhance the overall experience of travel, unity, and connection with nature.
Credit Suisse
For over a decade, Bluehaus Group has worked closely with Credit Suisse. Their collaboration began with the design of a corporate workplace in Dubai International Financial Centre. Recently, they partnered again to develop the new office spaces in Manama, Bahrain, showcasing their ability to deliver high-quality, tailored environments that meet the needs of international clients.
Orbi Dubai
As a recipient of the SBID International Design Award, Orbi Dubai stands as a testament to Bluehaus Group's creative vision and technical expertise. Commissioned by Majid Al Futtaim, the project involved collaboration with Sega Japan and BBC World. It required close coordination between architecture, technology, engineering, and audiovisual teams to create a unique and immersive experience.
Level Kids Retail
Bluehaus Group supported Fitch Design of London in the creation of a large retail environment for Chalhoub Group at City Walk Dubai. This project was designed specifically for children, featuring a play area, spa, nursery, and a birthday party terrace. Fitch provided the initial concept design, which Bluehaus Group then developed from schematic design through to final delivery.
Dar Al Barsha Residential Buildings
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were tasked with designing the Dar Al Barsha Towers for Al Futtaim Group Real Estate. These towers combine both commercial and residential spaces, following a modern, minimalistic yet cost-effective architectural approach. The design maximized the plot area, increasing the number of apartments and optimizing parking. The horizontal façade and sliding shade panels helped reduce heat gain and lower energy costs.
Dubai Private Villa
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were appointed by a private client to provide interior design, MEP engineering, and post-contract services for a villa in Dubai Hills. The project required a balance between contemporary materials and classic detailing, resulting in a sophisticated and elegant living space.
