Jetex Dubai World Central VIP Lounge
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were commissioned by Jetex Flight Support, a global leader in executive aviation, to design a high-profile VIP lounge at Dubai World Central. The project aimed to evoke the excitement of travel while also providing a sense of tranquility and harmony. Bluehaus created a space that reflects these emotions through calming colors, lighting, and sound, blending the thrill of exploration with a serene environment.
Credit Suisse
For over a decade, Bluehaus Group has worked closely with Credit Suisse, starting with their corporate workplace in Dubai International Financial Centre. Recently, they partnered again on the design and delivery of new offices in Manama, Bahrain, continuing their long-standing relationship with this prestigious financial institution.
Orbi Dubai
Orbi Dubai, an award-winning project by SBID International, was designed by Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering in collaboration with Majid Al Futtaim, Sega Japan, and BBC World. This complex project required close coordination between architecture, technology, engineering, and audio-visual teams to create an immersive experience for visitors.
Level Kids Retail
Bluehaus Group supported Fitch Design in creating a large retail environment for Chalhoub Group at City Walk Dubai. The concept focused on children, featuring a play area, spa, nursery, and birthday party terrace. Fitch developed the initial concept, which Bluehaus refined from schematic design to final delivery.
Dar Al Barsha Residential Buildings
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were appointed by Al Futtaim Group Real Estate to design the Dar Al Barsha Towers in Dubai. The project features both commercial and residential spaces, following a modern, minimalistic yet cost-effective architectural language. The design maximizes parking and apartment numbers while using horizontal façades and sliding shade panels to reduce heat gain and energy costs.
Dubai Private Villa
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were commissioned by a private client to design the interior, MEP engineering, and post-contract services for a villa in Dubai Hills. The project required a careful balance between contemporary materials and classic detailing to create a luxurious and timeless living space.
