The steam aging test box is constructed from high-quality stainless steel SUS #304 HL, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It features a microcomputer temperature controller with an LED digital display, offering precise temperature control through PID+SSR technology. The system uses a PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, providing a resolution of 0.1°C for accurate readings. The device is designed for ease of use, featuring an intuitive operation interface and a time planning function that allows for up to 9,990 minutes of programmable settings. It includes multiple safety protections, such as over-temperature, water shortage, and electric heating safeguards. This makes it ideal for testing electronic components like semiconductor ICs, transistors, diodes, LCDs, chip resistors, capacitors, and metal pins for solderability and oxidation resistance. Equipped with a PID+SSR temperature controller, the unit also offers a built-in timekeeping function, allowing users to set maximum durations of up to 999 hours. An intelligent electronic controller ensures precise temperature regulation, maintaining both steam and cabin water temperatures effectively. The system alerts users when the set test time is reached. The temperature sensor accurately monitors both the cabin water temperature and the steam temperature, ensuring consistent and reliable test conditions. A high-quality steam pressure gauge is included, providing real-time and accurate readings of the steam pressure. The internal structure features stainless steel tubes with a 19mm diameter and steam holes measuring 1.59mm in diameter, ensuring efficient steam distribution. The inner compartment drain hole is positioned 51mm above the bottom, facilitating easy drainage after testing. This steam aging test box is widely used in the electronics industry for accelerated life testing before soldering, particularly for components such as semiconductors, passive elements, and electronic parts.
