Rocket fireworks structure and packaging

Rockets are popular with foreign consumers for their unique shapes, rich effects, realistic appearance, and stimuli. In Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland and other countries, the rocket sales are very good. Especially in Germany, rocket sales are second only to black drug guns. German famous fireworks dealers Keller and Weco all have rockets alone.

The first part of the structure of the rocket

There are two general types of rockets. Rodless rockets and rod rockets. The rodless rockets are divided into two types: the rear wing (the American line calls the missiles) and the non-tailed ones. Since there is not much sales of such rockets, no details are given here.

The first structure of the rocket is a straight tube, and this structure has no effect. It is a rolling cylinder or sleeve outer cylinder of the launch tube, and the effect drug is installed in the cylinder and sealed with red oil wax paper. This structure: small such as 0440 (monthly travel), large point such as 0539 (comet rocket). The explosive powder of this structure easily falls from the rising side of the barrel, and care must be taken not to leak the medicine. The rising barrel must be glued and glued tightly. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.

The second structure is based on the first type plus a plastic cone hat, which we usually call an ounce rocket. There are 1 amps, 2 amps, 4 amps, 6 amps, 8 amps and so on. Its structure is shown in Figure 2.

The third structure is a straight jacket effect tube, dubbed "false space." The line of the US and Germany rockets cannot exceed the limit of 20 grams, but most of them use this structure for aesthetic purposes and affordable prices. Tahtiraketti, the largest rocket company in Finland, also uses rockets of this structure. Its structure is shown in Figure 3.

The fourth structure is an effect barrel type. Some useful paper effect tube, but also some use plastic paper tube. Rockets with larger doses use this structure. Its feature is in the effect cartridge effect. It can be medicine packs, inner tubes, balls, etc. This kind of rocket has a large open range and a round shape. The effect is rich, can do all kinds of effects. Such as: Liu, coconut, peony, ring and so on. It is the most used structure of the Euro rocket. However, the British rocket cannot use the ball structure inside the effect cylinder. Its structure is shown in Figure 4.

The fifth structure is a ball ceremony rocket type, also known as fireworks rocket. Its characteristic is that the effect part is a shell, it can be a single bomb, it can also be a double bomb, a shotgun and so on. The shell is plastic or yellow paper. The single-ball courtesy rocket has more BKV, BVD and US line markets in the Netherlands. When the rocket reaches its apex, it quickly ignites the ball and detonates it. If the fire is slow, it will fall down, resulting in fire risk. The ball courtesy rocket is currently doing the biggest 4 ", is too big to launch difficult, oblique fly, rising powerless etc. Its structure is shown in Figure 5.

The sixth structure is a multi-stage rocket type. Its appearance is like a gourd, big and small. There are two levels, one level and so on. The effect is presented many times and it is highly appreciated. The interior can be either a ball or an inner cylinder. However, the use of multi-stage rockets with internal cylinders is relatively low-cost and extremely cost-effective. When doing this kind of rocket, we must pay attention to the effect can not occur at the same time, each effect should be spaced 1-2 seconds, when the explosion must have a sense of hierarchy. The opening area is as large as possible. Its structure is shown in Figure 6.

The seventh structure is a spray rocket type. I successfully developed in 2003 and obtained two patents for utility models and designs in the country last year. Its characteristic is that it breaks through the flaw that the rocket has only air effect, and it can produce effects both on the ground and in the sky. There is a fountain effect on the ground and there is a spray effect. When the local effect is almost over, the rocket goes up. When it rises, it drags behind a flickering tail, which is very realistic. Since it was put into the market, it has attracted a great deal of interest from foreign investors and the market has a good sales prospect. Its structure is shown in Figure VII.

Part 2 Rocket Packaging

The rocket design must be novel and full of color to cater to the psychology of foreign consumers. After using the following process, the skin strokes are beautiful and beautiful. The internal packaging of the rocket (also known as sales and packaging) is very important. It is placed directly at the fireworks supermarket and meets consumers. It is often the most attractive and beautiful design that attracts attention. The first image of good things often excites consumers' desire to purchase.

The rocket's inner packaging is boxed, blister packs, PVC bags, cartridges, and combinations.
1. The boxes are boxed with a 350-gram whiteboard box or a three-layer box. All-inclusive cellophane or open skylight stick transparent PVC film, open the window part of the rocket effect tube, so you can see the interior of the rocket pattern. It is worth noting that the box must be hard to protect the internal rocket.

2. After the wood of the blister rocket is inserted into the paper tube, the head of the rocket is covered with a plastic cover or the film is thermoplasticized. The paper tube must be crafted and printed with instructions for use. Fill the internal voids with foam to prevent them from breaking off during transport.
The above two packaging methods are relatively small and can save a lot of packaging fees and sea freight.

3. PVC bag PVC bag is equipped with 3 kinds of packaging methods: a card head, foot card, b card head, foot card, waist card, c card head, liner installed. After adding a waist card or liner, the rocket is fixed in the bag and will not shift. In order to facilitate consumers, often add incense, PVC pipe in the bag. Even to attract consumers, toys are still inside. Through transparent plastic bags, consumers can clearly see the shape of the rocket inside the bag. This type of packaging can be divided into several layers of different specifications of the rocket, but also decorate toy fireworks, small potted flowers and so on. It is a more popular packaging method. The PVC bag film requires more than 12 wires. If it is too thin, it will not be cold and burst.

4. A few small rockets are placed in a large paper cylinder and covered with plastic caps or lids. When they are fired, they are removed and lighted up. Rockets can be designed to rise at the same time, or they can be designed to rise one by one.

5. A combination of two expandable cartons or wooden frame above the rocket inserted, with a lead between the rocket connected.
The cartridges and combination rockets are used more often in fireworks displays.

With the use of new materials, rocket packaging will become more and more attractive. There are now electrostatic coating on rocket plastic parts, gold and silver plating, which is very popular with foreign investors.
