7. There are obstacles in the pendulum lifting process, or the pendulum shaft is too dirty or corroded, so that the pointer returns to zero and changes greatly.

Common fault two:

During the tensile test, the specimen fracture is always broken on both sides. The cause of this phenomenon should first be considered whether the installation of the main part of the test machine is vertical. If this reason is eliminated, then the following three aspects should be excluded.

1. When the jaws are clamped, the specimens are clamped symmetrically as required.

2. The quality of the jaws is poor, and the teeth are damaged. In addition to affecting the different centers of the jaws, it also makes the sample slip during the test, making the yield point difficult to identify. At this time, the jaws should be replaced.

3. The adjustment of the lifting guide wheel is not correct, so that the upper and lower jaws are not concentric. A test rod should be processed. After the upper and lower jaws are tightened, measure with a dial indicator based on the two force columns until the adjustment is qualified.

Common fault three:

The position of the pendulum is abnormal, and the pendulum is not aligned vertically.

The main reason is that the viscosity of the oil is too large or the oil is too dirty. Remedy: replace oil with appropriate viscosity.

The force measuring piston rotates with greater friction or does not rotate. Remedy: Check whether the testing machine is level and eliminate the fault of the force measuring piston.

There is unstable friction. Remedy: clean the swing shaft bearing, gear bar, pointer, and reel, adjust the level of the testing machine, and reduce the existing unstable friction.

Common fault three:

The return of the hammer is not normal, fast and slow. Normally, just turn the buffer to the proper position. However, if the oil hole of the buffer is blocked, or there is dirt or the gap between the steel ball and the inlet of the buffer valve is too large, the buffer will fail. The solution is to clean the buffer valve and adjust the gap between the steel ball and the valve seat to about 0.5mm. Place the oil needle knob to reduce the gap between the oil needle and the valve body, and re-list the ABC mound mark. Also, when the temperature has a greater influence, the oil can be replaced appropriately.

Common fault four:

The passive needle cannot stop at any position well, and does not coincide with the main needle. The elimination method is to remove the dial glass, adjust the passive needle compression spring screw, and adjust the pointer to make it coincide with the main needle.

Common fault five:

When loading, the oil leakage of the oil circuit system is serious or the oil pipe is broken. First, check whether the joint of the oil circuit system is tightened. If you need to replace the gasket, replace it in time. If the oil pipe ruptures, the oil pipe with higher strength needs to be replaced. In addition, it is necessary to observe whether the oil delivery valve and the relief valve piston are dead or installed backwards.

Common fault six:

After the specimen breaks, the pendulum falls back quickly, causing an impact.
