But all require complicated instruments and other chemical reagents. The Sartorius WDS400 test system combines these three standard measurement methods to generate a high-precision method for easy detection of solids and coatings.
WDS400 extracts all the moisture in the sample according to the principle of oven heating. The ceramic coating uses phosphorus pentoxide to completely absorb the moisture of the heated exhaust gas, and then uses phosphoric acid to absorb for reduction. The current generated in the ceramic disk decomposes the phosphoric acid compound into phosphoric acid. According to Faraday's law, a certain quality of water can be converted into a certain amount of current, and WDS400 decomposes phosphoric acid to obtain the result.
This combination method is so precise that it can even detect milligrams of moisture. All users need only weigh one sample. WDS400 does not require any complex detection compounds,
Most compounds are toxic. The user can choose the gas carrier of the measuring chamber, or ammonia (CLASS 5.0).
