Disassemble the protective cover, drill into the machine, find dozens of small motors of the whole machine, clean and lubricate the drive screws of each servo motor, check each grease filling point, and replace it if it cannot be added.

Replacing the central lubricating oil and oil filter element requires approximately 15 liters of 150 premium oils per printing unit. Clean the bottom of the oil tank, clean the oil suction port, and clean the oil pump. When changing the oil, a new oil filter element must be replaced. The old oil filter element must never be washed before use.

The bottom vacuum pump in the main wind cabinet changes the number 100 of the air pump oil every year. Observe the position of the oil window every month. Disassembly and inspection of various vacuum pumps and compressors (for example, some vacuum pumps need to be dismantled every year to check the width of the carbon sheet, and they need to be replaced when they reach the minimum value. It is recommended to use INA, FAG or SKF brand bearings. The main fan cabinet and main compressor cabinet need to be opened every week to clean with the vacuum cleaner and compressed air! Sponges, air-cooled channels, filters, air-cooled fan blades, etc.

The Atlas air compressor in the main air compressor cabinet needs special grease to be filled with four grease eyes (with a dust cap) (with a special high-pressure grease gun), the cabinet should be very clean! Open the two-layer door, use a vacuum cleaner and compressed air to clean, and use a compressed air gun to reach in and blow up the heat sink of the refrigerator on the compressor. Remove the three Phillips screws to clean the air-cooled part of the head. Clean the air inlet ring filter weekly and update every six months. Every time you switch over, you must manually release all the gas in the gas storage tank, mainly to completely drain the water.

Use a brush and a vacuum cleaner to clean the entire central electrical cabinet and the circuit board under the ink adjustment console, and replace the damaged air filter. The interior of the main electric cabinet with the gate is very dirty, and the side with the big iron cover should also be disassembled and cleaned. Every year, thoroughly clean the CP2000 computer host (open the chassis to clean) by professionals, first seal the air holes of the size of the needle tips of the hard disk and the second hard disk, and then open the machine after the whole machine is cleaned. When cleaning the circuit, you must bring an anti-static bracelet (when there is no condition, wrap the bare copper wire around your wrist, connect the PE wire (ground wire) at the other end, and use a special blower (such as Bosch brand, sold in hardware and electrical stores) Lightly blow or eliminate static brushes to clean with a vacuum cleaner (do not use compressed air, because some compressors emit water, and some blow too hard)

Dismantle the machine pedals, all protective covers, and clean the oil pan under the machine and waste oil, paper debris and other debris in the grooves of the machine body every year. Every five years, a group of drive side with sealant must be disassembled and cleaned next to the oil pump.

Check the dredging situation of each automatic fueling pipe (refueling points of various roller bearings and chains, etc.), to prevent the oil from actually entering due to loosening, squeezing, deformation and blockage. For the shells that often need to be opened, such as the drum on the drive side of the machine, check the sealing ring, and replace it when it is aging.

Thoroughly clean the main motor and its vicinity every year, to be clean, dust-free, and easy to dissipate heat. Every two years, a professional can remove the encoder and brake disc, clean them carefully, and install them carefully. Pay attention to the correct installation of the encoder. The smaller the radial runout, the better.

Another: Ink roller and water roller take the next group every month, rub and wash with deep layering cream, apply the layering cream about one millimeter thick, maintain overnight, scrape the layering cream the next day, after cleaning, then take Put on the roller and check the lubrication of the bearings at both ends, otherwise please replace it with a new one immediately. The shaft head of each roller is protected by grease lubrication. Pay attention to the grease lubrication protection of the ink holder. The ink roller bracket and the inside of the wall plate need to be cleaned carefully. Including adjacent cylinders.

Please use the machine correctly. The touch screen cannot be pasted with a protective film and cannot be clicked with sharp objects such as nails. After the main power is turned on, there is time for the computer to start and self-check. It is necessary to wait for the main computer display to completely enter the main operation interface before you can click the buttons. Otherwise, it will easily cause computer calculation and judgment errors and cause crashes.

Start up and jog in an orderly manner, for example: after jogging the button, you need to wait for the beep, beep, beep, beep, and then click. Please don't always press the button when you beep. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the computer to make judgment errors. The buttons of the new Heidelberg machine are touch buttons, which are different from those before 2000. Pressing the button hard will also damage the button board. The electronic operation control system CP2000 should be shut down once every two days and wait for ten minutes before restarting. (If the voltage is unstable, it is best to equip the separate control system with UPS power supply)

Commonly used oil products: central lubricating oil, main air cabinet air pump oil, paper collecting chain oil, Atlas air compressor special grease, high-grade lithium grease, and special high-pressure grease gun (two types of gun heads).

Commonly used filter elements: central lubricating oil filter element; dampening system (alcohol straw filter, dampening fluid straw filter, water inlet filter, dampening fluid filter, water tank foam); various electric cabinet, gas cabinet air filtration Net; various compressors, vacuum pump air filter and air filter, powder filter system air filter. The above air filters must be replaced within six months!

Alcohol cabinet system: The alcohol level must be less than 15%, otherwise it will produce shutdown protection. When the conductivity reaches 1800, the fountain solution must be updated (the conductivity of the fountain solution is preferably 800 to 1300). Monthly cycle cleaning with water tank cleaner for more than four hours, thoroughly clean, then let go, and then wash twice with clean water, especially to clean the auxiliary water tank! Clean and rinse the filter cotton every day. You must thoroughly clean the auxiliary water tank every three days and update the auxiliary water tank filter cotton. Clean the heat sink and several floats on the alcohol cabinet every week. When cleaning the float, be careful not to apply force to the root of the connecting rod. The filter cotton of the main and auxiliary water tanks is cleaned every day and can be replaced at any time to effectively protect the normal operation of the dampening cooling system. Filter cotton should use genuine products, can not use fake and inferior products at will! The heat sink cannot be washed with water. When pulling out the alcohol measuring device, it must be in the direction of the original work, and it cannot be reversed. The solenoid valve on it should be cleaned by professionals. Observe whether the refrigerant is sufficient every month, otherwise the refrigerant needs to be added. If it is really necessary to fill the refrigerant, you can change the oil of the refrigeration compressor (synthetic freezing oil Solest LT-32). If there is a problem with the dry tank, it is recommended to replace it together.

The printing house should be equipped with an industrial vacuum cleaner for cleaning each air filter element weekly. Clean the delivery section.

The printing house must be equipped with a cleaning bucket and mop with wheels for easy movement and cleaning of all corners, and a wet film humidifier (a humidification method without white powder pollution).
