In this respect, the cutlery of the pulp molded products is the opposite. They use high-grade materials to package low-value items, which makes the profitability more difficult.
Third, the paper mold production technology is relatively high, it is not easy to appear on the chaos of the situation.
Because each model of industrial package material is a special new product, it must be designed, modeled, sampled, tested, modified and other procedures before it can be mass-produced, plus the amount of profit and production process and management. There is a big relationship between levels, so investors must think carefully. In addition to capital issues, they must consider the provision of human resources, professional training, and so on. Unlike paper cutlery, as long as funds are in place, selecting a supplier of equipment can be launched immediately. In addition, paper molds used as industrial packaging materials have a wide variety of types and generally speaking, the time for continuous production of each type of product will not be too long, so it is not easy for the same products to compete with each other. The variety of paper cutlery is monotonous, and the time for continuous production of each style is very long and it is extremely prone to vicious competition. In addition, the geometric shape of the industrial package paper molding products is complex, and the bulk size of the same style after being stacked and packaged is large, and the long-distance transportation costs are high, and cross-regional competition is not easy to occur. Due to its simple shape and ease of stacking, paper-cutting utensils have lower transportation costs. As long as there is a market, cross-regional sales competition is very likely to occur.
