Introduction 1.1 The International Athletics Climbing Committee is an organization of the International Association of Dunbar. Responsible for the management and development of all aspects of international climbing sports.
1.2. The International Athletics Climbing Committee is authoritative in all international climbing competitions. See Article 2 for details. Therefore, the Committee’s accusations are:

All competitions approved by the International Athletics Climbing Committee must be organized and implemented in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the competition.

Competition 2.1. Only members of the International Athletics Climbing Committee (or organizations approved by the International Athletics Climbing Committee) are eligible to apply for the organization of the competition approved by the International Athletics Climbing Committee.
2.2. Only members of the International Athletics Climbing Committee are eligible to apply for such a contest.

3. International Athletics Climbing Committee Organization 3.1 The International Athletics Climbing Committee is directly responsible to the International Association for Dungeons. IDF has been recognized by the International Olympic Committee as one of its internal member federations.
3.2. The structure of the International Athletics Climbing Committee is described in detail in the Constitution and the Annex.

The Chairman of the Arbitration Commission shall report the details of the contest and report on the final stage of the international training activities of each alternate referee. Two international referees (in certain exceptional circumstances, with the approval of the International Ascending Tournament Committee, additional international referees may be appointed.) These international referees are appointed by the International Athletics Climbing Committee. Help the Chairman of the Arbitration Commission to work in the full refereeing of a contest. International referees assist with work by route referees.

International Alignment Officer: Must consult with the chief mentors before the competition to jointly plan related issues regarding route setting. Representative of the international climbing competition committee: Before the arbitration committee is absent or he/she arrives at the competition venue, the representative of the International Ascending Competition Contest will be responsible for the organizational work in the competition area on behalf of the Chairman of the Arbitration Commission. The delegates are authoritative in ensuring that the services and facilities provided by the competition organizer, that is, the registration of participants and other personnel, height measurement, performance reports, medical care, media promotion and other facilities must comply with the requirements of the International Ascension Competition Committee. Representatives of the international climbing competition committee have the right to attend all meetings of the Organizing Committee and to participate in all meetings of the Arbitration Committee as advisors. Delegates are responsible for handling all non-competition events that occur during the competition and report the details of the competition.

Note: The above-mentioned 3.3.(1), (2), (3), and (4) officials appointed by the International Climbing Competition Committee are entitled to accept travel, accommodation, and other expenses provided by the relevant regulations.

Route Referee: When the International Climbing Competition Commissioner does not specifically appoint candidates (such as an intern candidate for an internship), the member federation/organizing committee will equip one route referee for each competition route. Under normal circumstances, the route referee is served by those who have an international or national license. They should be fully acquainted with the technical rules and the competition rules approved by the International Ascension Competition Committee. Understand their duties and work under the guidance of international referees.

4. Tasks to be performed 4.1. Regarding the organization of the international climbing competition, the tasks of the International Athletics Climbing Committee are as follows:
Accept all requests to organize a competition approved by the International Athletics Climbing Committee.
Handle all inquiries: General information about the contested event that has been approved.
Post all information that has been approved for the contest.
In particular, an application form for each competition and other competition information are distributed to the member federations. Each member federation that wishes to send a person to participate in the contest must send an application form to the International Athletics Climbing Committee and the member federation responsible for the competition.

Officially announces all race results, World Cup rankings and consecutive latest world rankings and other official information.
Appoint all international competitive climbing committee officials for the approved competition. The list of officials appointed for the planned competition project must be reported to the member federation at least three months in advance for formal approval. 5. 3) Any resolution that may conflict with the best interests of sports should seek advice and approval from the International Athletics Climbing Committee at any time.
