Starch and plant fiber foam molding products technology and equipment come out

The company's starch molding product is a fully degradable, environmentally friendly packaging product that can be recycled with waste paper. In 2000, it won the "Packaging Star" award from the World Packaging Congress. Due to the injection molding method, the surface of the product is very smooth and non-stick dust. Adding a small amount of pigments and replacing various molds can also produce colorful and various shapes of packaging products. In view of the novelty and uniqueness of the invention of this packaging product, the company was granted a patent in 1995 with a term of 20 years.
I. Composition of raw materials:
70% of starch (potatoes, corn), 15% of fiber (wood pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp), 15% of foaming agent, and pigment additives.
Of the raw materials mentioned above, the starch and fiber that the local users are prepared to use must be tested and confirmed by the Dutch “Paper Foam” company before they can be used. Foaming agents and pigment additives must be purchased from the Dutch company Paper Foam.
The smallest equipment portfolio:
1 raw material mixer (up to 20 injection molding machines)
5 injection molding machines (each with a set of molds)
7 mobile material storage tanks for injection molding machines (200 liters per storage tank)
The speed of the equipment: It takes 90 seconds for each injection molding machine to complete one injection and molding.
The size of starch molding products: 30cm (length) × 21cm (width) × 10cm (height)
V. The Dutch “Paper Foam” company currently does not plan to invest in factories in China. It only sells raw materials, technologies, equipment and patents. The detailed items are as follows:
1. The price of foaming agent: 4000 Euros per ton;
2. The price of the above-mentioned equipment: 450,000 euros;
3. In the first half of the contract, a performance bond of 100,000 Euros will be collected. If the contract is executed after 6 months, 25,000 to 50,000 Euros can be refunded;
4. Charge royalties: 10% of annual sales until the patent expires;
5. Module fee (if required): EUR 4500 per set, mold made of aluminum, time required 3-4 weeks.
According to the Dutch "Paper Foam" company, using the company's technology to produce food packaging (such as lunch boxes, bowls, plates) is uneconomical and it is very difficult to operate. Due to the high cost of adopting this new technology, the “Paper Foam” company suggested that we look for high value-added products such as mobile phones and high-end electronic products.
At present, the research and development of the foaming mechanism of starch and plant fiber foam packaging products in China is far from the international level. Learning and introducing the technology and equipment of the Dutch “Paper Foam” company have a great impact on improving the technical level of this area in China. enhancement.
