The inspection content is formulated with different items according to different equipment and compared one by one. (1) Check each class. Each shift should check the transfer record in detail to understand the operation of the previous shift. Before starting the machine, you should check it in detail, such as observing whether there is any debris on the machine and the belly, whether there is any damage to the parts, the phenomenon of rolling damage, whether the air compressor has been drained, the air pressure of the air pump, and whether the fuel tank is short of oil. When driving, point the car forward and backward for a few laps before driving. Slow down and then gradually increase and set the speed. Pay attention to "listen", "touch" and "check" during operation. Listen to whether the sound of the machine is normal, whether there is squeaking, friction, impact sound; touch the temperature of the machine parts, such as the surface of the motor, the roller bearing seat, etc., feel whether the temperature is normal; check the operation of the machine, such as whether the current of the ammeter is normal Value, whether the air pressure reaches the standard, whether the temperature display of the glue pot meets the standard, and whether the produced product is qualified. As soon as an abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be stopped immediately to find the cause, eliminate it in time, and report to the person in charge in a timely manner.

(2) Check weekly. In general, printing companies should set aside half a day for detailed inspection of equipment. The weekly inspection may include the following:

1) Check the working conditions of the paper feeder chain, sprocket, universal joint and key pin, and lubricate the part of the universal joint ball.

2) Check the working conditions of the paper feeding tape, tape roller, tension roller and paper pressing roller.

3) Check the double-sheet control, front gauge control, safety bar and stack limit components.

4) Check the tightness of the motor V-belt and adjust it. If it is seriously worn, it should be replaced.

5) Check the electromagnetic clutch and brake pads, test their braking performance, clean and refuel.

6) Check the tightness of the delivery chain, sprocket, tooth row, paper device, etc.

7) Check the abrasion of the gripper, paper transfer cylinder, impression cylinder gripper shaft, bearing, gripper gripper, and shaft end bearing. Adjust the pressure of gripping paper teeth and adjust the handover relationship of paper teeth.

8) Check the fasteners, such as the printing roller thrust bearing nuts should be tightened, the top wire should be tightened, the oscillator cam connecting rod screws should be tightened, and the tightness of the bolts, keys and pins of each series swing mechanism should be checked.

9) Check the abrasion and jump of water fountain roller, ink fountain roller, swing frame, lock nut, and check and adjust the tension of the tension spring.

10) Check whether the radial and axial moving registration device of the two-color plate cylinder is normal, check whether the worm gear tightening bolt, worm end nut and bearing are loose, adjust and replace.

11) Safety inspection of electrical appliances, such as sensitivity inspection of safety devices, inspection of the working conditions of photoelectric eyes and sensors, reaction speed inspection of electrical buttons, especially emergency lock buttons, and inspection of working conditions of indicator lights, signal lights and working lights.

12) Gas and water inspection. For example, check its pressure, leakage, and clean filtration.
