1. Installation: The test samples should be installed according to their normal installation. When several sets of test samples are tested at the same time, the installation distance between the test samples shall be specified in the requirements of the single group. When there is no specified distance, the installation distance shall be such that the temperature influence between the test samples is minimized. Test samples made of different materials may adversely affect each other and may change the test results.
2. Initial testing: In the standard atmospheric conditions of the test, the test samples shall be inspected for visual inspection, electrical properties and mechanical properties in accordance with the relevant standards.
Third, the test: the test time is selected from Table 2 of the standard. The temperature of the high temperature test chamber is raised to the temperature specified in Table 1, and the voltage, duty cycle, load and other operating conditions are applied to the test sample as specified in 2.3. The temperature should be measured at a defined free interval from any sample or group of samples tested. In addition, temperature measurements should also be made at locations where the heat generated by the sample has the least impact on temperature recording.
Fourth, the intermediate test: the performance test of the test sample according to the provisions of the relevant standards.
V. Final inspection: Visual inspection and performance testing of test samples in accordance with the relevant standards.
