German Gebel exhibited its plastic film slitting machine, the product models include: monoslit, polyslit and combislit, the equipment uses the center winding technology, automatic size adjustment. The winding station is equipped with an independent pressure roller and a winding arm. Each volume is independently sensed and adjusted to ensure good quality for each finished product roll. The winding arm and the pressure roller of the winding station can be combined and rolled into a wider finished product roll. Monoslit is mainly used to process all kinds of plastic films and its operating speed is up to 1200 m/min. Polyslit is mainly used to process all kinds of packaging and self-adhesive materials. The speed is up to 500 m/min. combislit can be used to process various materials. Operating speeds up to 800 m/min.
